      De Carlo is a well known figure to the world press regarding the ancient 
      gastronomy from Salento. Probably nobody else more than her has collected 
      so many articles, reviews and even whole book chapters, published mainly 
      abroad. In the United States, Australia, Japan, England, Belgium, France 
      much attention has been dedicated to her activity. 
      We have gathered a number of articles and uploaded them here, however, this
